Overview
A keyless mobility product: mobile apps unlock and share access to devices over Bluetooth Low Energy, backed by APIs for device management and activity tracking. I led a team of five engineers across mobile, backend and embedded work.
The problem
Releases across several mobile apps were manual and slow, and the backend had to manage devices and their activity reliably while the roadmap kept moving.
The approach
Mobile CI/CD automated with Fastlane and Bitrise, backend services containerized with automated deployments, and backend APIs for device management with safer patterns for talking to devices. Requirements engineering and lightweight regression testing kept the roadmap and the releases aligned.
Highlights
- Led a team of 5 engineers that shipped 4+ mobile apps
